Assembly System of "Infusion Serum Heads"
The function of this equipment is to perform the fully automated assembly of various components comprising the system of the Infuser Serum controlling the quality of the intermediate assembly and functioning of each set.
The machine makes the assembly of the four components that constitute the set, performing cutting, insertion and welding of the filters and aerator chamber.
The feeding of the components is done through circular vibrators with feed tanks, which provide extended operating times.
OThe control of intermediate operations allow the rejection in separate of the components prior to assembly, permitting their recovery.
The use of pneumatic components, electrical and mechanical standard allows optimization of maintenance and increased lifetime of the equipment.
